Andrea Bocelli will tour in 2027 with the “Romanza World Tour”, and from Switzerland it works well as a concert weekend. Confirmed dates are Zurich Hallenstadion on 22 May 2027, Munich Olympiahalle on 18 May, Cologne LANXESS Arena on 20 May, Stuttgart Hanns-Martin-Schleyer-Halle on 23 May, Hamburg Barclays Arena on 11 May, Berlin Waldbühne on 15 May, and Lajatico Teatro del Silenzio on 22 and 24 July. Important: tickets are sold via official providers such as Ticketcorner or Eventim. Reisedrop does not sell tickets, but helps you book flights and hotels separately.
Which concert is right for you?
Zurich is the easiest choice if you mainly want the concert night without adding extra travel. Munich and Stuttgart suit a compact 1-night plan with comfortable access from German-speaking Switzerland. Cologne works better as a city break with a concert focus, especially if you want a longer weekend anyway. Hamburg and Berlin fit best if you want to combine music with a proper urban getaway. Lajatico is different: less arena trip, more summer escape. It makes most sense if you want to turn Bocelli into a Tuscany weekend rather than just a one-evening event.
Plan transport from ZRH, BSL and GVA realistically
From Zurich ZRH, Basel BSL and Geneva GVA, not every city makes equal sense. For Munich and Stuttgart, rail is often the most practical choice, especially if you want to connect city centre, venue and hotel without airport transfers. For Hamburg and Berlin, flying is usually more realistic, particularly from western Switzerland. Cologne can be either rail or air depending on where you live and how much time you have. What matters is not just distance but the full chain: departure, check-in, transfer to the venue, and whether getting back the same night is actually realistic.
Choose hotel location with the venue in mind
On a concert trip, central is not always best. In Munich and Stuttgart, a hotel on a simple route to the venue can be easier than a charming old-town stay with late-night changes. In Cologne, think about the LANXESS Arena and the station together. In Hamburg, the balance between Barclays Arena and the centre matters, and in Berlin the return from Waldbühne is the key issue. For Zurich, a hotel on direct public transport lines is often more useful than staying right next to Hallenstadion. Book by real evening logistics, not by neighbourhood name alone.
Concert night: check the last connection first
The most common mistake is not the flight, but the trip after the encore. With arena and open-air shows, exit times, public transport queues and walking times can all take longer than expected. Before booking your hotel, check the last sensible connection to the station, airport or hotel. If you plan to travel back the same night, leave buffer time instead of relying on best-case timing. An extra night is often the calmer option, especially in Berlin, Hamburg or Cologne. If you want flexibility, you can set one Reisedrop price alert for your hotel and wait for a suitable drop.
Think of Lajatico as a Tuscany weekend
Lajatico at Teatro del Silenzio on 22 and 24 July is not a simple concert evening with an easy trip home. It works better as a summer journey with music as the highlight. Do not plan it too tightly; think in 2 or more nights. Here, immediate proximity to the venue matters less than a clear plan for car hire, transfers or regional transport within Tuscany. If you only go for one night, you add unnecessary stress. It is smarter to secure the ticket first, then choose the hotel radius that matches the rest of your trip.
